Like I said in the previous post, I've been trying to experiment more with clothes and accessories. This is probably majorly due to the fact that I am addicted to Chictopia and all of the glamorous outfits I see on there daily.

So, forgive my smoking and my energy drink, but I'm an addict. And forgive my fashion faux pas by having a fake Dolce & Gabbana bag, but I love it!

SALON: bathroom painting.

Brian and I worked on trying to get the bathroom painted tonight. Previous to this, I tried to plaster over the wallpaper lines and do some sanding, not realizing there was a wallpaper BORDER, as well as half a wall of wallpaper. So. It's not perfect. But it's cute so far!

Not so easy to paint around. But I've done more painting since  this was taken.

SALON: more stripes/minor misc. painting.

Finished up the stripes and did some other little painting projects. Also had some fun taking random photos and watching piper have her nails painted for the first time!

SALON: stripes!

Today we did some chalk-lining, taping, and painting of stripes on one of the walls! And some accent wall painting. We also ripped up the linoleum in the main area. Love the way it's turning out so far, and really starting to see the potential for the business as a whole.

SALON: sanding and painting.

Sanded all the plaster down and started painting the base color for the walls in the main floor area. All the wood you see in all the photos was actually in the building when we got it and was gifted to us by the owners of the building!

Got the building today! Plastered all the holes in the walls. It's a pretty decently sized building and I'm just in love with it.
